Due to our products being handmade, The Custom Witch Co's order processing times are between 1 to 10 business days.
This processing time is subject to change and may be extended during peak periods or sale times
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact The Custom Witch Co and we will always do our best to cater to your needs.
Selecting express postage at checkout will NOT speed up order processing times.
Australia Post:
The Custom Witch Co posts ALL orders through Australia Post. Delivery times can vary from 1-7 business days, sometimes longer during busy periods.
Standard Postage - 4-7 business days.
Express Postage - 1-3 business days.
The Custom Witch Co is NOT responsible for Australia Post delivery delays.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your order gets damaged, lost, or stolen, you are welcome to contact The Custom Witch Co and we can assist you in filing a claim/investigation with Australia Post.
The Custom Witch Co will NOT be held liable or compensate the buyer for any lost or stolen packages.

Refunds:
Unfortunately, once used we do not offer refunds on any of our products due to health and safety regulations.
Exchanges:
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please double check your confirmation email for items purchased, personal details and delivery address to ensure they are correct & notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if any changes need to be made. The Custom Witch Co will not be held responsible for misdelivered, over ordered or incorrectly chosen items made on your behalf.
Personalized & Custom Orders:
Personalized and Custom Orders cannot be refunded due to change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with your selections prior to placing your order.
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify The Custom Witch Co immediately if any items are incorrect, defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Accidental damage after delivery will not be covered by The Custom Witch Co.
We will always strive to pack your order with love and care so it can safely arrive at its new home, however if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of its arrival.
