We take pride in our handmade small-batch products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:
REFUNDS:
Unfortunately, once used we do not offer refunds on any The Custom Witch Co products due to health & safety regulations.
EXCHANGES:
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please double check your confirmation email for items purchased, personal details and delivery address to ensure they are correct & notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if any changes need to be made. The Custom Witch Co will not be held responsible for misdelivered, over ordered or incorrectly chosen items made on your behalf.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDERS:
Personalized & Custom Orders cannot be refunded due to change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with font, colour & print selections prior to placing your order.
DAMAGES:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify The Custom Witch Co immediately if any items are incorrect, defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Accidental damage after delivery will not be covered by The Custom Witch Co.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify The Custom Witch Co within 24 hours of its arrival.
