Shipping Policy:

Since our products handmade, The Custom Witch Co's order processing times are between 1 to 10 business days.

This processing time is subject to change and may be extended during peak periods or sale times. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact The Custom Witch Co.

Selecting Express Post at checkout will NOT speed up order processing times.

Preorder Shipping Policy:

Bamboo preorders have a processing time of up to 6 WEEKS from close of preorder.

Preorder T-Shirts & Sweatshirts have a processing time of 2.5 WEEKS from close of preorder.

Any non preorder goods purchased within the same order as preorder goods, will not be shipped out until preordered goods have arrived/been made.

Australia Post:

The Custom Witch Co posts ALL orders through Australia Post. Delivery times can vary from 1-7 business days, sometimes longer during busy periods.

Standard Postage - 4 to 7 business days.

Express Postage - 1 to 3 business days.

The Custom Witch Co is NOT responsible for Australia Post delivery delays.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

If your order gets damaged, lost or stolen, you are welcome to contact The Custom Witch Co and we can assist you with filing a claim with Australia Post.

The Custom Witch Co will NOT be held liable or compensate the buyer for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.
